What to include

A few details help us understand the problem quickly and save a round of back-and-forth:

1. App name Which of our apps you are writing about, and whether you use it on iPhone, iPad or Android.
2. Device The model of your phone or tablet, for example iPhone 15, iPad Air or Pixel 8.
3. Operating system version On iPhone or iPad, see Settings › General › About. On Android, see Settings › About phone (menu names vary by manufacturer).
4. App version If you can find it, the app’s version number. It is usually shown in the app’s settings or on its page in the App Store or Google Play.
5. What happened What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Steps to make it happen again, and a screenshot or screen recording, help a lot.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email.

Our apps

We have not released any apps yet. Our first title, a calm gem-art coloring game, is in development. When it is released, its name and support details will be listed on this page.
